Who is responsible
AENIGMA Institute (aenigma.institute) is published by EUROPEAN RESEARCH GROUP P.C. (ΕΥΡΩΠΑΪΚΗ ΕΡΕΥΝΗΤΙΚΗ ΟΜΑΔΑ Ι.Κ.Ε., trade name X6 GEO PLUS), Thermopylon 2, Agia Paraskevi, Greece, VAT EL801878285. It is the data controller for this website. Contact for any privacy question: contact@aenigma.institute.
When you read the site
We set no cookies for readers and use no third-party tracking. Each page view sends us only anonymous information (page, language, device type, kind of source, time zone, reading time) that we keep as daily totals; we do not store your IP address. Our hosting provider keeps short technical server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to stop abuse.
Contact form
When you write to us we receive your name, e-mail address, topic and message, only to answer you. Each message is kept for 180 days and then deleted automatically. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying.
Gift codes for the NOETIC suite
If you ask for a gift code, a random code is created and kept in your browser. Our server stores the code and a one-way hash of your network address (only to limit abuse to a few codes per day). When the code is used at the activation of the NOETIC app, it is linked to that activation so the gift is given once per person and device.
What stays in your browser
Your consent choices, your personal feed preferences and the state of pop-ups are kept only in your browser’s storage and are never sent to us. The list is on the Cookies page.
Facebook and Instagram
We publish our own articles on our Facebook Page and Instagram account. Our publishing tool posts only our own content and collects no data about you from Meta. When you visit those platforms, Meta’s own privacy policy applies.
Artificial intelligence
Our articles are researched, written and translated with the help of AI models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek). They receive article texts and public sources, never your personal data. To learn what readers ask for, the texts of contact messages may be analysed by AI after names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and links have been removed.
Who processes data for us
Hostinger (website hosting), Google Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany (our editorial servers) and the AI providers named above, each only for the service it provides to us and under data-processing terms. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, and withdraw any consent at any time, by writing to contact@aenigma.institute. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Deleting your data
To have your data deleted (contact messages, gift codes, or anything connected to you), send an e-mail to contact@aenigma.institute with the subject «Delete my data». We confirm within 30 days.
Children
The site is not addressed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
